Hello Angel Friends.
The angels have an important message for you about keeping your body healthy. They want you to know that by eating a healthy diet (clean and unprocessed), having a daily exercise routine (at least 10 minutes of each: aerobics, strength, and meditation) and getting the proper amount of sleep (averaging between 7-9 hours for adults), you will be keeping your body, mind, and soul in good health. Your immune system will be strong, and your life will be vibrant.
However, the angels realize that this is not easy to do, especially if poor habits have been in place for a long time. So, if this is your case, the angels suggest you start with making small changes in your life. Choose one area, diet, exercise, or sleep and ask the angels to help you make just one small change. Focus on that change for 21 days, and if you are satisfied that it is now part of your routine, celebrate your success and move on to another small change.
The angels are always happy to help you nourish your body, mind, and soul, so don’t hesitate to ask for their help.
