Hello Angel Friends,
The angels know that so many of you are busy juggling so many daily tasks and have so many responsibilities, that there is often little time for taking care of yourself. In the long run, this will leave you depleted of your energy and eventually unable to maintain this pace. This is why today’s message is about taking care of yourself.
The angels know it’s hard to always eat right, exercise daily and to get plenty of sleep, so they are suggesting that you start with steps you can manage and increase those steps each week. Maybe start with plenty of sleep and going to bed a little earlier. Or with enercise by walking for 20 minutes a day. It doesn’t matter if it’s around the block or at the mall, walking for 20 minutes is a good start, especially for those who generally don’t exercise. For those that do – great – keep it up. Then there’s diet. Start in whatever way is easiest for you to succeed. For instance if you are a sugar-holic, cutting out sugar completely might be difficult, but substituting an apple for that cookie or piece of cake is a good start. If that’s not your problem but fast food is, try eliminating one or two fast food meals each week and replace them with healthier choices. You get the idea – start slow but keep moving forward toward your goal.
