Hello Angel Friends,

The angels want you to know that whenever you are feeling overwhelmed, restless or anxious, take a few minutes to still your mind by focusing on your breath. This is a form of meditation – focused concentration. If you can do this for 10 minutes, you will calm your mind and bring your body into a state of relaxation.  If you lose count or focus of your breaths, don’t worry, just start again with the number 1 and continue on.
